Professional Bio
Rosalyn Davis joined BCBS of Connecticut in July of 2000 as a Provider
Service Representative. Her passion for quality service quickly catapulted
her through the all service levels to supervisor of the Northeast Provider
Service unit supporting NH, ME and CT.
Davis’s passion fornot only quality service but also continuous
improvement positioned her well for the many leadership roles she
mapped into including that of Operations Expert, Process Expert, Staff
Manager of Business Projects, Business Change Manager and her current
role as Manager II of Learning and Development. She supports Member
Experience Learning for new hires for the largest market segment at
Anthem, the National Accounts division. Her team of trainers are
positioned from coast to coast supporting the National training needs for
NY, GA, VA, IN and CO.
