At they YMCA Member Services front desk, we are handed the task to provide excellent member
service. As well, we communicate effectively to our members about a variety of different programs
the YMCA has to offer. These programs range from elementary kids leagues to adult fitness classes,
in which the member service staff is responsible for all the knowledge of these programs. Also, it is
imperative to be able to sign up members and non-members in our CCC computer systems.

As the Supervisor of the Dillon Park Concession Stand, I managed a team of up to six people to

by making sure our items were well prepared and all safety precautions were taken seriously.
Bentley Construction- Construction Worker June 2014-August 2014
As a team member of Bentley construction, our services were focused on basic carpentry work. At
Bentley Construction, team unity was imperative to our success. As a team, we managed to complete
such tasks: reconstructing roof tops, laying a variety of flooring, framing of buildings, and
embedding house siding
Dillon Park-Food ServiceWorker August 2012-August 2014
As a team member in the Dillon Park Concession Stand, our team provided food, beverages, and
basic merchandise to the Noblesville Elementary Football League. It was my responsibility to know
