Awarded a place at the Westpac NSW "Top Team" conference in 1999 for guiding the
Granville Branch Team to number four ranking in NSW network for sales and service results.
Selected to represent Westpac as a Team Member at the International Broadcast Centre
Branch during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
Represented Westpac as Manager at the International Broadcast Centre Branch during the
2000 Sydney Paralympics.

Personal Banker under the "Westpac Best Bank" guidelines. Organised full clean-up and
closure of branch to move to new premises in August 2015 and acted as a mentor and coach
for three newly appointed Bank Managers.

Responsibilities included branch management, staff training and development, all branch
compliance requirements, premises issues and customer service. Responsible for the
successful training of five new recruits to the role of Teller and the development of three
existing Tellers to the role of Personal Banker, whilst ensuring Branch was highly successful
in meeting sales and service targets on a consistent basis. Ensured that staff efficiency
remained stable despite large personnel movements.

Responsibilities similar to above including supporting the Bank Manager with the running
the branch on a "day to day" basis and dealing with all operations requirements. Ensured
branch was highly successful by training and mentoring the sales and service teams to
achieve excellent results. Acted as a Westpac representative to the Parramatta Chamber of
Commerce to network business opportunities for the branch.
BranchManager (Grade A3)
Ran the "day to day" operations of Granville and Wentworthville branches including staff
training and development, compliance activities, premises issues and Branch sales and
service results. Consistently delivered quality results achieving NSW Top Team Conference
in 1999 and achieved NSW Top Team awards over four consecutive quarters from October
2009 until September 2010 (when job role and title changed to Assistant Bank Manager).
