KEYWORD SUMMARY
I have traveled extensively. My main interest has always been the food and wine
of the region. Whether I'm in Asia, South America, or Europe, I am always
hunting out the specialties and bringing that knowledge back with me. Being an
amateur gourmet cook, I seek out different ingredients and wine varietals to
match my dishes. I'm enthusiastic about teaching others about what I have
learned.
