excess of $4 million dollars into a system to track the budget for the past two years, current, and projected out to five years 
 Telephone Control Officer for the Division distributed, serviced, and troubleshot over 150 wireless phones valued at $69K 
Company Executive Officer Fort Hood, TX APR 13 - MAY 14 
Directly supervised 14 Soldiers. Maintenance and logistics officer for the Division Signal Company. Second in command of 160 
soldiers, 54 vehicles, and property valued in excess of $150M. Priorit ized unit resources including time, equipment, money, and 
facilit ies to accomplish assigned missions. 
 Put forth a concentrated effort in the Command Supply Discipline Program which resulted in a turn in of $626K of excess 
property 
 Maintained 100% accountability of the unit property book worth $11.2M. 
 Executed a superb, comprehensive plan to account for $1.3M in new equipment that was acquired 
 Increased operational readiness from 92%-97% 
Squadron Assistant Operations Officer Fort Hood, TX NOV 12 – APR 13 
Operations Manager for an Armored Reconnaissance Squadron in a Brigade Combat Team to the 1st 
Cavalry Division. Responsible for the planning, preparation, and supervision of training and daily operations for well over 200 
soldiers. In addition responsible for establishing systems to resource, train, track, and evaluate tactical and technical pro ficiency of all 
subordinate units. 
 Selected above my peers to lead a security detachment platoon where we conducted over 20 multiple security and resupply 
missions during our rotation at the National Training Center (NTC) 
 Planned and synchronized the Squadron’s 23 vehicles worth $13.8M to be moved to the Deployment Readiness Yard for our 
National Training Center rotation which resulted in meeting our suspense without damage or loss to any vehicle

Tank Platoon Leader Baumholder, GE MAY 11 – NOV 12 
Combat Readiness Leader of an Armor Platoon a Tank Company in an Armored Regiment forward deployed 
to the Uruzgan Province, Afghanistan and USAG Baumholder. Responsible for the planning, preparation, and 
execution of combat missions or counter-insurgency operations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In charge of the welfare 
and mission readiness of 17 Soldiers and 3 linguists forward deployed in an austere environment. Accountable for organic and forward 
deployed property valued at $20M. 
 Maintained a rigorous operational tempo serving as a mentor and combat leader on more than 120 combat patrols constantly 
placing pressure on insurgent forces 
 Partnered with more than 150 Afghanistan National Police in an effort to develop trust with our host security forces by 
conducting over 100 Key Leader Engagements and ultimately led Khaneqah Valley being the single most stable in our area 
of responsibility 
 As the Commander Emergency Response Program Manager, I helped the unit fund more than $50K in projects which 
brought desperately needed humanitarian aid and infrastructure to a population neglected by the provincial government
