Design project:
2012/2013: Design (CATIA) and manufacture of a boat using a human propulsion innovative (DFMEA,
Quality Tools) (200 hours).
2012: Design and manufacture of an educational test bench showing how the Wankel engine works (100
hours).
Multi-body simulations (ADAMS /Views)
Creation of a model representing the suspension system used in the Mars Rover (planetary Rover,
vehicle which went to Mars planet)
FEA and calculation (Nastran)
Set up of a method to try to match the true values from an experimental test to a CAD model. Part studied
was a sensor installed at the end of a helicopter jet engine used to establish the push force developed.

Development of an excel spreadsheet (using macro) allowing to generate the input file (with an include
structure) for LS-Dyna model
Responsible of rear bumper development in order to reduce mass and cost applied to vehicle having a
composite body structure. Low speed crash allowing to achieve the requirement: RCAR (structural and
bumper) ,ECE R42 (LS-DYNA)
Durability and NVH (Nastran):Towing, pedal box stiffness, wiper motor bracket stiffness
JLR carbon fiber Spoiler (Nastran). Set up a model with abuse load cases in order to find right thickness (to
determine the number a composite layers) necessary to pass the test
