 Cluster Optimization.
 Frequency Plan Checking.
 Neighbor Planning for New Sites.
 Responsible for meeting the target DT parameters like Ec/Io,
RSCP, HSDPA, HSUPA and R99 throughput, Pilot pollution.
 Identifying potentially week area on the basis of RSSI,
handover failure, call drops, Ec/Io worst, throughput and
optimize that area by tilt, orientation, Dump analyses,
checking ADJW & IRAT Handover parameters and definition.
 Preparing cluster route for Drive Test by using MAP INFO and
Google earth.
 Troubleshooting problems like missing neighbors, coverage
holes, pilot pollution, area of no dominance, code plan
problems, overshooting sites etc. through drive log analysis.

 Network-Optimization by drive tests, antenna tilts,
Antenna orientation changes and tuning the Cell-RF
Parameters. Drive test data to determine Network problems,
poor Coverage areas, interference, call drops and
Handover problems.
 Performing Drive tests for Network planning, coverage related
problems as well as at Coverage requirement areas, using
TEMS Investigation Tool
 Physical optimization like planning height, swapping, tilts,
azimuth.
 Improving quality by analyzing interference through Drive
Test.
 Track the spot with the help of GPS.
 Continuously updating MapInfo and Cell site Editor.
 Maintaining complete document and preparing weekly report.
