3G-3.5G,4G DATA ANALYSER, C0-0rdination & FIELD OPTIMIZATION
 Carrying out details Cluster Drive for 2G and 3G( Voice and video call)
 Analysing data testing in, dedicated mode, short call, Long call, Data call and idle modes.
 Data drive for 2G and 3G HSUPA and HSPA.
 PDSCH,PUSCH, SINR, RI, RB, Modulation schemes, work on the related to 4g ,overshooting
auditing site and optimization ,swap to be cleared.
Optimization of WCDMA site based on Coverage RSCP, Quality Ec/Io,Pilotpollution,
Missing neighbours, Soft Handover using drive test data’s. Optimize to improve Ec/Io
(Reduce Pilot Pollutionby improving RSCP of dominant cells and reducing coverage
(Interference)of less dominant sector through antenna Tilt changes and power changes,
Thus rectify the overshooting sector issues
Checking Co-scrambling code issues.
2G GSM 900/1800 DRIVE TEST DATA ANALYSER & FIELD OPTIMIZATION:
Physical optimization of existing sites. Finding out the Interference problem
And rectify the same. Identify the reasons for TCH Blocking, TCH Drop
And Handover failures.
2G-GSM,3G,4G RF DATA ANALYSER & OPTIMIZATION
Optimization of GSM sites based on Coverage Rx Level, Quality Ec/Io, Pilot pollution
Proposing new sit after analysis of coverage issue. Coverage by skewing sectors,
Down tilt/Up tilt, power increase/decrease by using better antenna gain
 Site Auditing and Verifying Hardware, Tilt, Antenna height and Orientation, According
To the Site database
Analyzed the Drive test log files using TEMS Investigation. Find the swap, Interference
In the sites during the optimization & resolve the swap .Missing neighbours,
Soft Handover using drive test data’s.
Preparing Reposts for 2G by analysing the drive test data like Rx Level, Rx
Quality and Throughput.

 Google Earth: To checkout details of clutter while planning new sites.
 MapInfo, ( GSM Application etc)
 Thorough skills on drive test on TEMSInvestigation 12.1, to troubleshoot a problem. Post
processing in Tems Investigation / MapInfo
 TEMS Investigation 8.0.3, 10.0, 10.0.5 and 12.1.16.3.1, 16.3.2, 16.3.3.
