 Coordinate with Product & ITG team for UAT & Manual testing of new product.
 Reconciliation of all daily activities as per the system.
 Managing daily escalation customer queries & providing resolution. Customer card decline or not
working, Activation, Charge back etc..
 Publishing MIS details to Senior Management.
CURRENT ACTIVITY : Managing Prepaid Card Activities
• Managing prepaid card operations including Gift Card, Pay-direct card, Proprietary card, Multi wallet
card, Foreign national card, Meal card, HPCL Fuel card, IIFL GOLD card, Reimbursement card.
• Reconciliation for all the INR cards with bank pool a/c & card upload details.
• Responsible for successful completion of various audits & compliance related activities, managing the
SOX documentation.
• Responsible for Smooth Working of system for INR cards.
• Refund of the excess fund available with bank to the originating accounts.
• Processing of Annual fee, Forfeiture of cards, writeoff processing.
INR Cards :
• Handling INR Card upload process (GIFT card, Meal, Multi wallet, Pay direct, Reimbursement,
Proprietary) etc.
• Corporate & Retail gift cards operation & product development.
• Reconciliation for all the INR card bank pool a/c & card upload details.
• All Queries resolution with the help of ITG Team.

2. • Generation of the retail gift cards and generation of the embossing file.
• Processing fallouts of the ICICI pocets cards.
