documents to be dispatched to customers once the closure request received.
• TAT monitoring of all the customer service requests.
• Working as part of the team and Monitoring proper functioning of the team for
processing complete volume of the service requests with in specified TAT.
• Training the team regarding new updates of the processes.
• Tracking all the Asset related deliverables details.
• Ensuring smooth functioning of the processes.
• Publishing the Deliverables RTO Data to Phone Banking team for new Address
updation.
• Tracking the status and resending the Deliverables(cheques,letters) to customers in case
of RTO(returns).
• Initiation of project "Force contactability" for updation of customer contact details to
reduce returns.

• Has taken up project called Force contactability on ICICI bank online banking site for
updating the customer new address details through net banking..

Test(UAT) on different applications how the request flows and final signoff for the
implementation of the project.
