 Facilitated completion of CFW participant information required for IDs, SSS, and PhilHealth application;
 Collected attendance, checks CFW timesheets, prepares payment vouchers and verifies correctness;
 Assisted in social preparation, organizing, registration, CFW orientation and training to local supervisor;
 Secured CFW CTCs, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) data, and submits to data management personnel for
reporting;
 Conducted monitoring and supervision of the ongoing CFW program in the assigned community/barangay;
 Coordinated with other members of the CFW Team or CFW Coordinator for consultations;
 Worked with local and municipal authorities as needed.
 Finished CFW Programs in three assigned communities namely: Barangay Mohon in Tanauan, Leyte with 100
