Consulting Principal
Providing consulting services to an International Aircraft Engine company who specializes in
overhauls and repairs for both commercial and business/private aircraft companies and
owners.
Selected Contributions:
Conducted spend analysis on subcontract portfolio resulting in a proposed savings of $7M.
Analyzed terms and conditions of key subcontracts and assembled new language for
implementation to the subcontracts for improving payable cycle times.
Identified opportunities for leveraging savings across engine multiple engine programs
reducing supply ordering and processing time.
Reviewed company terms and conditions attached to agreements and purchase orders and
provided updated verbiage such as Counterfeit parts.
Developed a Time Phased Order Point spreadsheet to chart major components spend and
reorders.
Provided new procedures for Supply Chain Management based on the Governments
Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) criteria.
Conducted a review of coordinating structures, charters, and supplier forms and provided
Supply Chain Audit Checklists, Supply Chain Assessment Tool, Time Phased Order Point,
among others.
