Lead Chief of Police, Department of Veterans Affairs 2008 - 2014
Served as the Leading Technical Advisor to the Veterans IntegratedService Network
Region 11 Directorand staff on all aspects of Veterans Affairs LawEnforcement and
Security Programs. Coordinated the actions of Veterans Affairs Police Chiefs
protecting 7 major medical centers and 26 community based outpatient clinics
located in Indiana, Michigan and parts of Illinois and Ohio.
Director of Security and Antiterrorism, Department of the Navy 2004 - 2008
Directed the Security Department for the Supervisor of Shipbuilding Groton
Connecticut and provided oversight for the protection of Defense Contractor Facilities
and 12,000 employees involved in the construction, conversion and repair of nuclear
submarines located in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
Superintendent, Security Administration, U.S. Air Force 2001 - 2004
Managed the Information, Industrial, and Personnel Security Departments and the
Criminal Analysis Section for Whiteman Air Force Base including 50 subordinate
commands. Formulated key plans/policies and provided expert-level guidance to
commanders/senior-level executives for the protection of classified/sensitive
