engineers, coordinating scope of work and building design with both the owner and the end-user. Develop
projects from concept through construction, eliminating the need for a general contractor, resulting in a

Highlights of Projects
 Transformed a Sotheby’s auction house into Eleanor Roosevelt High School, a premier public
school building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Built 60,000 square feet in just one year,
meeting deadline for the fall school opening. Budget: $14 million.
 Spearheaded Friends of Crown Heights Day Care Center in Brooklyn. This evolved into property
management for all 19 day care buildings in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
 Built out Coney island Avenue High School, 60,000 square feet with $6 million budget, and Health
Opportunity High School, 120,000 square feet at $12 million budget.
