Labor Cost Optimization Audit Details
§ The typical property configuration/profile for an Audit would be:
§ A 300 to 500 rooms stand alone Hotel with four or less Food Outlets
plus Bars.
§ A medium to large size stand alone Casino with Slots and Table
Games, etc. with four or less Food outlets plus multiple Bars.
§ A 300 to 500 rooms Hotel with an adjoining medium size Casino with
four or less total Food Outlets plus multiple Bars for both properties
combined.
§ Two on site visits annually at two weeks per visit (14 full work days per
visit) once every six months.
§ The number of weeks per visit could be revised upwards depending on a larger
property size with more F&B Outlets.
§ The annual Audit professional fee is $30,000 and is $15,000 per visit. (The
total fee is the annual labor cost savings of one Full Time Equivalent Employee.)
§ The number of weeks per visit could be revised upwards depending on a larger
property size with more F&B Outlets which would affect the cost upwards.

§ Room accommodations (with Internet) and meals with gratuity (no alcohol)
are to be provided for the two on site visits.
§ Airfare, airline baggage fees, ground transportation, car rental (with
gasoline cost) and tolls are to be reimbursed.
§ A Microsoft PowerPoint® Presentation consisting of; data, charts,
observations and recommendations by department will be made online/by
phone with Executive management two to three weeks after each visit.
