Job Description:
Recently I conducted a full induction session with the newest staff joining the
organisation;.
I am trained to do payroll for the whole organisations which involves using
many I.T payroll programmes (TNA and ETAF)
I work with large amounts of cash within the cash office dealing with over
€500,000 on a normal week. This would involve keeping track of Cent Per
Thousand and making sure all safes and tills balance each week.
I am currently over 38 individual employees, including till operator, trolley
staff, customer service desk staff, cash office staff and three supervisors.
I am currently the Checkout Manager within the company. This involves
working on Customer Service, creating rosters, closing and opening the
checkouts. Counting money and being accountable for service standards.
Responsible for many Audits in the store and since I have taken over as
checkout manager I have gotten very high marks in the all.
I have also worked in other departments in order to become more versatile and
multi skilled.
Skills and Achievements
Run Tesco's Facebook page for the Nutgrove Store.
Member of the safety committee, a fire warden and first aid trained.
Have achieved highest clubcard scan rate in the region for the last three
months.
I received 97.3% in the latest NTL audit.
I received 88% in the latest Customer Service Viewpoint.

I am knowledgeable in the various aspects of Microsoft Office (ECDL)
