● Experience with sheet metal fabrication working for several Sheet Metal Shops
over the years this includes operating a Press Brake Machine, Spot welding,
assembling and grinding.
● Machine operations skills: Over 6 years of experience in the printing industry,
operating a Dixon Laminator, Vacuum coater (metalized), Solvent Coater,
Guillotine, and Stamco converter.
● Over 20 years working with wire straightening and cut off machines.
Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and adapt quickly with other
machinery.
● The ability to read and understand customer's prints to break down and set up
production machine's accordingly.
● The ability to work with tight tolerances using micrometers and verniers.
● Responsible for Sharpening tooling and using surface grinders as needed.
● Fork lift experience and certified: over 20 years loading and unloading trucks for
shipping and receiving.
● The ability to work alone and unsupervised, to be productive and get the job

● Working as a Coating Tech in consumables in Vacuum Coating, Laminations and
Solvent Coating. Also working with Digital Media. Primary job was Solvent
Coating, but was cross trained in other areas and continuously learning.
● Worked directly in support of Research and Development Engineers, Inspection
Dept., and other areas as needed.
● Performed Data entry, documentation, keeping track of inventory and cycle
counts, using fork lift. (Fork lift certified)
● Handled purchasing needs within various Departments and worked with
