 scope of the work is Execution And planning
 Responsible for good quality assurance of work for Auxaliries in economical, safety
and with in time.
 Coordinating with clients and maintaining good relationships.
 Study the drawings and explain to the junior engineers
 Prepare the planning as per Master construction program
 Prepare the weekly plan’s execute the as per the plan
 Preparing the weekly & Monthly Progress Reports and D.P.R
 Preparing sub contractors Bills
 Attend the weekly meetings
 Maintain the check lists (open & closing)
 Attend Quality audits.
 Monitoring the total structure work & Finishing’s
 Look-Ahead Schedules, Risk analysis, update the Baseline program and attending
progress meetings
