2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB PROFILE :-
 Receive customer enquiry along with drawing and enter the details in enquiry
register
 Prepare product flow chart identifying number of stages and availablelities and
cross check equipment need for the project.
 Conduct feasibility study with the help of CFT (Cross Functional Team)
members under the all department considerations
 If not feasibility regret the enquiry (About modifications and quality of
production and cost issues)
 Discuss with the customer and finalize the quotation.
 Receive PO from customer, review PO and Send acceptance of Order
 Forward PO along with customer drawing, sample to design and all
department for product developing.
 Monitor customer satisfaction on yearly basis for all Major customers and
initiate action against the dissatisfied areas.
 Handled complex technical issues by co-ordinating with the experts.
 Follow up the project and complete within the customer target date.
 Outsourcing for the project handling.
