10. Assess Together we will identify the primary business needs for the program and
define overall program goals.
Design
Next, I design the coaching program accordingly. This can include many
different elements such as 360 degree assessments, stakeholder maps and
individual coaching plans.
Deliver Customized program elements are provided to participants and coaching
begins.
Coach
Coaching and other interventions can include a combination of group and
individual sessions. Sessions typically occur bi-weekly over a period of 6
months or more. This can be adjusted according to your organizations needs.
Evaluate
Results are assessed in an Executive Coaching Report. Both qualitative and
quantitative results are measured, in order to give you a clear understanding
of the return on investment.
Exit The goal is to help organizations develop leadership skills that they can
implement on their own, to the extent that a coach is no longer required.
