Warden Assistant is an android application using which wardens can interact with students and solve their hostel related problems. This android application is a utility based application which is basically use Kotlin as a programming language instead java.

9. So why we are using old ways to manage Hostel’s problem or complaint like when students have some
problems related to water, electricity and many more so we have to go through a predefined process ,
write application letter to warden and all that.

10. ● But we can do better that’s why we developed an android application Warden Assistant in our
project which is handy and implementable in any existing system.
● By this android application we can reduce time wastages of student, warden as well as others.
● The main aim of this project to give convenience to management or wardens as well as students.

STATEMENT

12. There are many problems in existing system like if we have problems which
are related to hostel like electricity,room,water and other problems .These are time
consuming so student faces many problems .
● Problems will not forwarded as quickly as it can be .

13. ● Man power in existing system is so high because maintaining
papers(applications) and carry those to wardens of particular hostels .

14. ● There may be chances of error such as may be application lost.

15. ● There will be several problems to Manage all offline data it uses lots of space
to store
● There is only one way which is counting in existing system

16. OBJECTIVE

17. ● Problems will forwarded quickly because of Internet Connectivity.
● There is no need to carry Offline data (Papers).
● There is no need of intermediate to proceed problem to warden but as we
have said we can’t remove manpower totally so there is some man power
needed to proceed further after warden processed.
● No need to find papers one by one because whole data sorted according to
some key.
● No need to count papers for problems.
