having global presence with 15 manufacturing plants over the globe. Frigoglass
is a global leader in the Ice Cold Merchandisers (ICM) market and the principal
supplier of glass packaging and manufacturer and Supplier of glass door
commercial refrigerators. Major customers are Coca Cola, PepsiCo, and Mother
Dairy etc.

Job Profile :
Presently work with Frigoglass India Pvt. Ltd. Plot No. 26 A Sector -3 IMT
Manesar Gurgaon Haryana. Handling Excise & Service tax, manage day to day
Excise, Service tax Sales Tax, Custom, Export Import, Bond and Stock Inventory
and Monthly MIS Reporting Sales Purchase Tax Payable and Receivable, Debtor
and Creditor Ageing and MIS.
Finance & Accounts
 Finance & Accounts Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts
along with day-to-day commercial, accounting transactions in coordination
with internal & external departments for smooth functioning of operations
 Supervising accounts reconciliation with customers.
 Monitoring & controlling finished goods and preparing reconciliation of
physical stock with the books at the year end.
 Responsible for all the Debit & Credit note issuance to the customer on time.

 Controlling all type of Excisable or No Excisable Finished goods, Capital
goods.
 Maintain Job Work (Inside & Outside) on the basis of Job work challan
under rule 4(5) a & b according to Excise Procedure. Dispatch rejected
Material, waste & Scrap under excise Rules.
 Assessment of Excisable goods to Excise duty under Central Excise Law &
Procedure.
 Assessment of Yearly Excise Audit

3. Sales Tax and Vat
 Supervising & Finalizing, filing & depositing monthly Sales Tax and vat
Payable and receivable quarterly/ annually sales tax, VAT, CST, return within
the timeframe Indirect Taxation Supporting the management to ensure that
indirect taxes are filed in conformity with specific rules, regulations,
guidelines and other requirements that are within the specified timeframe.
 Managing the taxation process and ensuring timely assessment along with
filing of Tax returns as per the act & provisions .Statutory Compliance
Ensuring conformance to guidelines prescribed by regulatory authorities,
adhering to systems and procedures laid. Liaising with Sales Tax Department
for assessment work and claiming rebate/ refunds.
 Liaising with Excise Department Audits & sales Tax Assessment work
 Managing Issuance & depositing Sales Tax Forms like C-Form, D1 Form, C-4
Form to Parties.
Achievements:
Successfully managing large origination Excise, & Store Material, Remittance,
Export, & Bond, Done Nine Sales Tax, VAT Assessments in my 10 year
experience and Done 5 Excise Audit With any default of Excise Authority etc.
