1. The following data is soybean plant height measured every week after sprouting;

i. If you want to determine whether there is a linear relationship between age and height of soybeans,
what statistical methods you will use?
ii. If you want to determine the growth rate of soybeans (cm / week), what statistical methods you will
use?
iii. Calculate the linear equation that relates the height and the age of the soybean plant.
2. A study was conducted to determine the influence of temperature on the metabolism of the energy
of a certain species of bird. The birds were placed in a room with temperature set at different levels.
The quantity of the metabolized energy (calories) is measured for each case. The data is as follows:
