4. HOSPITA LIT Y: HOTEL
DESIGN STATEMENT
The Great Gatsby, an art deco paradise of Las
Vegas, was inspired by the star-burst storied
building of New Yorkās most iconic architecture.
The hotel redesign and restoration are to elevate
its glamorous art deco heritage combining it with
luxurious and sophisticated, yet inclusive interiors
that fit the lifestyle of Las Vegas tourist attraction.
The ground floor has been rearranged, and
the executive suites entirely revamped. The
main reception is to be in the center of the
revised plan creating connectivity between
the two entrance and a unique symphony
with glimpse of glamour and jewel upon the
guestsā arrival. Bold pops of vivid color palette
are to maximize the impact and energy and
embrace the details creating scene-stealing
world that burst with beauty and enthusiasm.
Spatial lounge areas of the main lobby offer familial
elegance combine informality of beautifully crafted
furniture with authentic and exquisite material
from polished metals, lacquers, beveled mirrors,
metallic and faux leathers, herringbones, zigzags
and other geometrical patterns of the art deco.

TOWN SQUARE PERSPECTIVE
Netflix ās space is a fun work
environment with many pops of colors
and textures, modern looking and
ergonomically fit furniture. The columns
are wrapped with a acoustical fabric
in many different colors representing
the zoning for ease wayfinding.
The flooring plays an integral part in
wayfinding and defining the areas;
the wood flooring separates the town
center from the other spaces. Multiple
and universal design are applied
from daylight with open space taking
advantage of the large windows, to
accessible hallway with 5āclearance,
door handles, and color coded zones.
