SVS Solutions Inc.
The main target of SVS Solutions products will be drilling programs that require specialized fluid system requirements. The heating of
mud systems on-site and evaporation of waste fluids on-site.
Environmental concerns often arise due to the service and drilling rigs remaining immobile for longer periods of time as disposable
fluids collect on-site.
If left unattended this can result in very large and very costly clean-up costs at the end of a project, here with SVS we hope to virtually
eliminate these associated types of costs, clean-ups and/or concerns.
INDUCTION POWER SOURCE
FLAMLESS, WATER OR GLYCOL COOLED
INDUCTION HEATING IS DESIGNED FOR HEATING
FLUIDS UP TO 1450° FAHRENHEIT (788° C)
LEDs indicate units for temperature measurements. Uniform heating is maintained along and through the heat chambers zone by
using induction. Time-to-temperature is faster than conventional processes due to the method of applying the heat, reducing heating
cycle time. Rated output is 35 kW at 100% duty cycle, 5 – 30 KHz High energy-efficient systems transfers more energy to the heat
chambers, decreasing heating times and improving power efficiency. The pro-heat 35 induction power source is equipped with a
built-in temperature controller. The controller is designed to be easily understood and programmed. Multiple control thermocouple
inputs are installed on the heating chambers for uniform heating and quality. The pro-heat 35 induction power source is designed
with two output connectors for liquid-cooled cables. The liquid-cooled heating cable couples the power to the heating chamber to be
heated. The silicone hose encloses a special copper conductor specifically designed for carrying high-frequency currents to maximize
efficiency. The hose also carries the coolant, which cools the conducting wire and the outside temperature to maximum 22° C. The
induction procedure for evaporating or heating is “not power with an open flame fire system”.

The above video presentation focuses mainly on the induction heating and has a small breakdown of an operational unit heating 30m3 of
fresh water in a 400bbl upright tank.
Additional equipment for waste fluid management & ground contamination prevention available upon request. Broke down &
summarized in following power point presentation is some of the key points to this equipment.
Kook Kettle Tank and Exhaust
The same tank is used for evaporating or heating operations. The tank has a capacity of 1.75m3. The tank is wrapped with 50mm
insulation and covered with 12.7mm puck board. The outer tank temperate will not exceed more the 22° C. There is a 50mm
screened suction inlet and a 50mm suction outlet that is used for circulating fluids through the induction heating chambers. Fluids
from the induction heating chambers may be circulated back into the kook kettle for evaporating operations or into surface tanks
for heating operations. Fluids from the kook kettle may be circulated at 20 liters to 162 liters per minute. The exhaust system is
used only in the evaporating operation, fluids are circulated though the exhaust. The exhaust is a mist free component. Closing
exhaust lunges are required for changing from evaporating to heating operations.
Chamber Pipe and Carrier
The 152mm x 1.93m chamber pipe is wrapped with an insulated blank and the induction liquid-cooled heating cables. There is an
inner and outer chamber. Fluids are circulated through both inner and outer chambers. Heat is controlled from the pre-set
temperature control on the induction machine.
The chambers are mounted in a carrier. This allows for easy access for servicing liquid-cooled heating cables or fluid systems. The
pro-heat 35 induction power source is designed with two output connectors for liquid-cooled cables. There are two chambers
operational with one induction machine.
Kettle Tank
The same tank is used for evaporating or heating operations. The tank has a capacity of 8.60m3. The tank is wrapped
with 50mm insulation and is covered with 12.7mm puck board. The outer tank temperature will not exceed more than
22° C. The kettle tank meets all safety regulations that are required by the oil and gas industry, double walled "cool to
the touch" tank design and a host of other details that ensure personal safety for operators. The tank is fitted with a
compartment that allows the rig’s boiler to be blown down directly into the tank. The kettle tank is fitted with a fluid
pump that has a capacity of circulating 162 liters per minute.
Plug In Induction Heating Unit
The induction heating system can heat while circulating invert tank farms, 60m3 and 100m3 upright tanks and surface
holding tanks. The power supply needed for the unit is one 60 Amp 480 Volt plug-in. Maximum power required for
operations is 34 kW / 40 Amps which would be supplied from the rig or a rental generator, or could be wired directly from
the main power grid. The 1.75m3 kook kettle tank two heating chambers mounted in a carrier and one induction unit are
mounted in 3.0m container. There is 1.75m3 Capacity for glycol for circulating tanks, all insulated lines can be sucked back
to the tank with the same circulating pump. Fluid circulating temperature is controlled on the induction machine. There is
a hydraulic operated light tower mounted on the unit. The container is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 3.0m long, total
weight is 2,610 kgs.
Plug In Induction Evaporator/Heating Unit
The Induction Evaporator System can process 8m3 of fluid evaporation per day. The power supply needed for the unit is
one 100 Amp 480 Volt plug-in. Maximum power required for operations is 68 kW / 77 Amps which would be supplied from
the rig or a rental generator, or could be wired directly from the main power grid. The 1.75m3 kook kettle tank four
heating chambers mounted in a carrier and two induction units are mounted in 6.0m container. The induction units are
computer controlled for setting a required temperature. The feed pump is also computer controlled for setting the
required flow. There is an 8.6m3 kettle tank mounted on the skid. A complete field services and inspection conducted
takes four hours. The skid is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 9.14m long, total weight is 8,180 kgs.
Stand Alone Evaporator/Heating Unit
The standalone evaporator/heating unit can process 10 - 16m3 of fluid evaporation per day. The well thought out layout
ensures the entire system is simple to move, set up and operate. The power source is a 9/litre 400 Amp Cat diesel
generator mounted in a 6.0m container on the Skid. The power supplied from the Skid is sufficient to operate invert tank
farms, centrifuges and transfer pumps. There is a 6600 liter fuel tank mounted on the skid. With the generator working at
25% to 80% of usage the fuel used is 21 litres to 44 litres per hour. There is an 8.6m3 kettle tank mounted on the skid.
An induction system is mounted on the kettle tank. The generator is fitted with an Exhaust Emission system. The Exhaust Emission
system is capable of 12m3 evaporation daily and the induction system would allow for another 6m3 evaporation daily. Total 18m3
evaporation rate daily. This would only require 22% of the generators power, which allows for 270 amps of power to be used for
operating additional equipment that the rig would be using. This skid may also be used for heating and circulating heated water to
a 60m3 and 100m3 upright tanks, frac ponds and surface holding tanks. The skid is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 12.1m long.
Total weight is 14,545 kgs.
Washer and Dryer
The waste water from the industrial washer and dryer installed in a container also goes directly into the kettle tank. There
is a 540 litre water tank for operating a washing machine.

Sealer Systems
SVS Solutions has developed a unique system that does not have any ground disturbance at all, but uses a man-made
trenching system to direct waste fluid to catch cans located in low spots on the well site location. All catch cans are 100%
contained from the soil. Plastic or a liner is laid prior to spotting the rig matting. The entire Sealer System can be set up in
4 to 6 hours with minimal labour and no wait time while the rig is being moved and rigged up. Once the catch cans are
full, a rig hand then uses a 50mm transfer pump provided by SVS Solutions to move the fluid to the Kettle Tank.
Benefits:
Tank is fully automatic "one button push start” & "auto shut off controls”. Multiple uses such as boiler blow down, grey water and
ditch water evaporation, reduced hauling charges, reduced disposal costs. Large safety benefits such as insulated Kettle Tank is
cool to the touch, grilled tank covers keep workers away from hot water during operation, the tied in Boiler blow down address all
safety for doing daily maintenance of the rig boiler, reduced risk of "lost time accidents” and injuries as travel time for fluid
hauling trucks is significantly decreased, Kettle Tank prevents potentially dangerous blast of steam when blowing down the rig
boiler again no open flame fire system. Casing displacement water may also be evaporated off.
All units used to-date are powered with a “diesel open flame fire system” for evaporating or heating operations. The advantage
that SVS Solutions has to offer is that we are the only company offering complete well site collection and disposal of excess fluids.
We offer a service that is unmatched for environmental care and soil contaminant prevention. No other company offers the
secondary system that collects and directs the fluid to the appropriate locations on the well site like SVS Solutions.

  • 1. WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT & GROUND CONTAMINATION PREVENTION Introducing SVS Solutions Inc. The main target of SVS Solutions products will be drilling programs that require specialized fluid system requirements. The heating of mud systems on-site and evaporation of waste fluids on-site. Environmental concerns often arise due to the service and drilling rigs remaining immobile for longer periods of time as disposable fluids collect on-site. If left unattended this can result in very large and very costly clean-up costs at the end of a project, here with SVS we hope to virtually eliminate these associated types of costs, clean-ups and/or concerns.
  • 2. INDUCTION POWER SOURCE FLAMLESS, WATER OR GLYCOL COOLED INDUCTION HEATING IS DESIGNED FOR HEATING FLUIDS UP TO 1450° FAHRENHEIT (788° C) LEDs indicate units for temperature measurements. Uniform heating is maintained along and through the heat chambers zone by using induction. Time-to-temperature is faster than conventional processes due to the method of applying the heat, reducing heating cycle time. Rated output is 35 kW at 100% duty cycle, 5 – 30 KHz High energy-efficient systems transfers more energy to the heat chambers, decreasing heating times and improving power efficiency. The pro-heat 35 induction power source is equipped with a built-in temperature controller. The controller is designed to be easily understood and programmed. Multiple control thermocouple inputs are installed on the heating chambers for uniform heating and quality. The pro-heat 35 induction power source is designed with two output connectors for liquid-cooled cables. The liquid-cooled heating cable couples the power to the heating chamber to be heated. The silicone hose encloses a special copper conductor specifically designed for carrying high-frequency currents to maximize efficiency. The hose also carries the coolant, which cools the conducting wire and the outside temperature to maximum 22° C. The induction procedure for evaporating or heating is “not power with an open flame fire system”.
  • 3.   • 4. Kook Kettle Tank and Exhaust The same tank is used for evaporating or heating operations. The tank has a capacity of 1.75m3. The tank is wrapped with 50mm insulation and covered with 12.7mm puck board. The outer tank temperate will not exceed more the 22° C. There is a 50mm screened suction inlet and a 50mm suction outlet that is used for circulating fluids through the induction heating chambers. Fluids from the induction heating chambers may be circulated back into the kook kettle for evaporating operations or into surface tanks for heating operations. Fluids from the kook kettle may be circulated at 20 liters to 162 liters per minute. The exhaust system is used only in the evaporating operation, fluids are circulated though the exhaust. The exhaust is a mist free component. Closing exhaust lunges are required for changing from evaporating to heating operations.
  • 5. Chamber Pipe and Carrier The 152mm x 1.93m chamber pipe is wrapped with an insulated blank and the induction liquid-cooled heating cables. There is an inner and outer chamber. Fluids are circulated through both inner and outer chambers. Heat is controlled from the pre-set temperature control on the induction machine.
  • 6. The chambers are mounted in a carrier. This allows for easy access for servicing liquid-cooled heating cables or fluid systems. The pro-heat 35 induction power source is designed with two output connectors for liquid-cooled cables. There are two chambers operational with one induction machine.
  • 7. Kettle Tank The same tank is used for evaporating or heating operations. The tank has a capacity of 8.60m3. The tank is wrapped with 50mm insulation and is covered with 12.7mm puck board. The outer tank temperature will not exceed more than 22° C. The kettle tank meets all safety regulations that are required by the oil and gas industry, double walled "cool to the touch" tank design and a host of other details that ensure personal safety for operators. The tank is fitted with a compartment that allows the rig’s boiler to be blown down directly into the tank. The kettle tank is fitted with a fluid pump that has a capacity of circulating 162 liters per minute.
  • 8. Plug In Induction Heating Unit The induction heating system can heat while circulating invert tank farms, 60m3 and 100m3 upright tanks and surface holding tanks. The power supply needed for the unit is one 60 Amp 480 Volt plug-in. Maximum power required for operations is 34 kW / 40 Amps which would be supplied from the rig or a rental generator, or could be wired directly from the main power grid. The 1.75m3 kook kettle tank two heating chambers mounted in a carrier and one induction unit are mounted in 3.0m container. There is 1.75m3 Capacity for glycol for circulating tanks, all insulated lines can be sucked back to the tank with the same circulating pump. Fluid circulating temperature is controlled on the induction machine. There is a hydraulic operated light tower mounted on the unit. The container is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 3.0m long, total weight is 2,610 kgs.
  • 9. Plug In Induction Evaporator/Heating Unit The Induction Evaporator System can process 8m3 of fluid evaporation per day. The power supply needed for the unit is one 100 Amp 480 Volt plug-in. Maximum power required for operations is 68 kW / 77 Amps which would be supplied from the rig or a rental generator, or could be wired directly from the main power grid. The 1.75m3 kook kettle tank four heating chambers mounted in a carrier and two induction units are mounted in 6.0m container. The induction units are computer controlled for setting a required temperature. The feed pump is also computer controlled for setting the required flow. There is an 8.6m3 kettle tank mounted on the skid. A complete field services and inspection conducted takes four hours. The skid is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 9.14m long, total weight is 8,180 kgs.
  • 10. Stand Alone Evaporator/Heating Unit The standalone evaporator/heating unit can process 10 - 16m3 of fluid evaporation per day. The well thought out layout ensures the entire system is simple to move, set up and operate. The power source is a 9/litre 400 Amp Cat diesel generator mounted in a 6.0m container on the Skid. The power supplied from the Skid is sufficient to operate invert tank farms, centrifuges and transfer pumps. There is a 6600 liter fuel tank mounted on the skid. With the generator working at 25% to 80% of usage the fuel used is 21 litres to 44 litres per hour. There is an 8.6m3 kettle tank mounted on the skid.
  • 11. An induction system is mounted on the kettle tank. The generator is fitted with an Exhaust Emission system. The Exhaust Emission system is capable of 12m3 evaporation daily and the induction system would allow for another 6m3 evaporation daily. Total 18m3 evaporation rate daily. This would only require 22% of the generators power, which allows for 270 amps of power to be used for operating additional equipment that the rig would be using. This skid may also be used for heating and circulating heated water to a 60m3 and 100m3 upright tanks, frac ponds and surface holding tanks. The skid is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 12.1m long. Total weight is 14,545 kgs.
  • 12. Washer and Dryer The waste water from the industrial washer and dryer installed in a container also goes directly into the kettle tank. There is a 540 litre water tank for operating a washing machine. .
  • 13. Sealer Systems SVS Solutions has developed a unique system that does not have any ground disturbance at all, but uses a man-made trenching system to direct waste fluid to catch cans located in low spots on the well site location.   1. The main target of SVS Solutions products will be drilling programs that require specialized fluid system requirements. The heating of mud systems on-site and evaporation of waste fluids on-site. Environmental concerns often arise due to the service and drilling rigs remaining immobile for longer periods of time as disposable fluids collect on-site. If left unattended this can result in very large and very costly clean-up costs at the end of a project, here with SVS we hope to virtually eliminate these associated types of costs, clean-ups and/or concerns.
  2. LEDs indicate units for temperature measurements. Uniform heating is maintained along and through the heat chambers zone by using induction. Time-to-temperature is faster than conventional processes due to the method of applying the heat, reducing heating cycle time. Rated output is 35 kW at 100% duty cycle, 5 – 30 KHz High energy-efficient systems transfers more energy to the heat chambers, decreasing heating times and improving power efficiency. The pro-heat 35 induction power source is equipped with a built-in temperature controller. The controller is designed to be easily understood and programmed. Multiple control thermocouple inputs are installed on the heating chambers for uniform heating and quality. The pro-heat 35 induction power source is designed with two output connectors for liquid-cooled cables. The liquid-cooled heating cable couples the power to the heating chamber to be heated. The silicone hose encloses a special copper conductor specifically designed for carrying high-frequency currents to maximize efficiency. The hose also carries the coolant, which cools the conducting wire and the outside temperature to maximum 22° C. The induction procedure for evaporating or heating is “not power with an open flame fire system”.

  4. The same tank is used for evaporating or heating operations. The tank has a capacity of 1.75m3. The tank is wrapped with 50mm insulation and covered with 12.7mm puck board. The outer tank temperate will not exceed more the 22° C. There is a 50mm screened suction inlet and a 50mm suction outlet that is used for circulating fluids through the induction heating chambers. Fluids from the induction heating chambers may be circulated back into the kook kettle for evaporating operations or into surface tanks for heating operations. Fluids from the kook kettle may be circulated at 20 liters to 162 liters per minute. The exhaust system is used only in the evaporating operation, fluids are circulated though the exhaust. The exhaust is a mist free component. Closing exhaust lunges are required for changing from evaporating to heating operations.
  5. Chamber Pipe and Carrier The 152mm x 1.93m chamber pipe is wrapped with an insulated blank and the induction liquid-cooled heating cables. There is an inner and outer chamber. The tank is fitted with a compartment that allows the rig’s boiler to be blown down directly into the tank. The kettle tank is fitted with a fluid pump that has a capacity of circulating 162 liters per minute.
  8. Plug In Induction Heating Unit The induction heating system can heat while circulating invert tank farms, 60m3 and 100m3 upright tanks and surface holding tanks. The power supply needed for the unit is one 60 Amp 480 Volt plug-in. Maximum power required for operations is 34 kW / 40 Amps which would be supplied from the rig or a rental generator, or could be wired directly from the main power grid. The 1.75m3 kook kettle tank two heating chambers mounted in a carrier and one induction unit are mounted in 3.0m container. There is 1.75m3 Capacity for glycol for circulating tanks, all insulated lines can be sucked back to the tank with the same circulating pump. Fluid circulating temperature is controlled on the induction machine. There is a hydraulic operated light tower mounted on the unit. The container is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 3.0m long, total weight is 2,610 kgs.
  9. Plug In Induction Evaporator/Heating Unit The Induction Evaporator System can process 8m3 of fluid evaporation per day. The power supply needed for the unit is one 100 Amp 480 Volt plug-in. Maximum power required for operations is 68 kW / 77 Amps which would be supplied from the rig or a rental generator, or could be wired directly from the main power grid. The 1.75m3 kook kettle tank four heating chambers mounted in a carrier and two induction units are mounted in 6.0m container. The induction units are computer controlled for setting a required temperature. The feed pump is also computer controlled for setting the required flow. There is an 8.6m3 kettle tank mounted on the skid. A complete field services and inspection conducted takes four hours. The skid is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 9.14m long, total weight is 8,180 kgs.
  10. Stand Alone Evaporator/Heating Unit The standalone evaporator/heating unit can process 10 - 16m3 of fluid evaporation per day. The well thought out layout ensures the entire system is simple to move, set up and operate. The power source is a 9/litre 400 Amp Cat diesel generator mounted in a 6.0m container on the Skid. The power supplied from the Skid is sufficient to operate invert tank farms, centrifuges and transfer pumps. There is a 6600 liter fuel tank mounted on the skid. With the generator working at 25% to 80% of usage the fuel used is 21 litres to 44 litres per hour. There is an 8.6m3 kettle tank mounted on the skid.
  11. An induction system is mounted on the kettle tank. The generator is fitted with an Exhaust Emission system. The Exhaust Emission system is capable of 12m3 evaporation daily and the induction system would allow for another 6m3 evaporation daily. Total 18m3 evaporation rate daily. This would only require 22% of the generators power, which allows for 270 amps of power to be used for operating additional equipment that the rig would be using. This skid may also be used for heating and circulating heated water to a 60m3 and 100m3 upright tanks, frac ponds and surface holding tanks. The skid is 2.44m wide, 2.70m height and 12.1m long. Total weight is 14,545 kgs.
  12. Washer and Dryer The waste water from the industrial washer and dryer installed in a container also goes directly into the kettle tank. There is a 540 litre water tank for operating a washing machine.
