Main duties involved pool assessment, sales, supervision of staff, safety, administration,
paving, tiling, plumbing, low voltage electrical and all facets of swimming pool equipment
and handling of dangerous chemicals.
The position required a knowledge of numerous ongoing projects and upcoming projects. As
the on-site manager and warehouse manager I needed to ensure the logistics of the staff
and equipment for each daily roster. I undertook the site management for the client to
ensure their expectations were met on a daily, weekly and project basis. The role required
an understanding of the services and maintenance of the clients asset and provision of
advice and delivery of larger scale renovation projects as needed.
Outside normal activities included the creation of the company website and design of the
corporate identity.

systems.

Employment with CS Pools began while at university and developed into a full time position
with the growth of the company. Duties included all tasks involved with the maintenance
and buildinging of pools around Sydney.

partnerships, interest group courses & activities via internal & client liaison and use of
