• People

• (and not necessarily in that order)
5. What is a Project Manager?
• A project manager is not necessarily an expert
in the project field. S/he must be highly
organized and able to work with a wide variety
of people to bring all parts of the project to
fruition.
6. Why do projects fail?
• #1 reason – lack of communication
• Bad or lacking requirements
• Lack of customer involvement
