When an emotion us uncontrolled, terrible things can happen, it
depends on which emotion was, different things can happen. For
example:
• JOY INCONTROLLED: Makes not see the reality.
• SADNESS INCONTROLLED: Makes to live embittered.
• WRATH INCONTROLLED: Becoming a violent person.
• FEAR INCONTROLLED: Leaves you locked and you don’t do
anything.
• SURPRISE INCONTROLLED: To be astonished
• DISGUST INCONTROLLED: Makes to eat nothing.

• The amygdala is the part of your brain in charge of triggering emotions
as if it were an automatic response.
5. WHAT TO DO WHEN AN EMOTION GETS
OUT OF CONTROL ?
• When we feel angry or sad, it’s good to talk to a friend or family
member to help us feel better. When we are angry with someone, we
should try to calm down before we speak to them, so we don’t hurt or
upset them.
