very intresting cases that we came across in our practice. at that time generally we are confused what to do..presenting here few of same which confused us too..ur valuable feedback are most welcome

2.  4 yr old female child brought to hospital with
c/o swelling & restricted movement of
rt.elbow since 3 yrs.
 Pt. had h/o fall at 6 month of age (3 & half yr
back) for which some treatment taken at that
time after which she became alright.
 Then pt. developed swelling after 1 month
which was ignored since then

5.  70 Yr old female had h/o fall at home 2 years
back & went to hospital with c/o Lt hip pain & x-
ray s/o NAD
 Pt.was operated for B/L TKR after that..
 pt. had h/o fall again after 3 month & had lt.
patella # for which she was operated by k-wire
TBW on 12/11/2016 ..
 Then pt. had pain & discharge from operative site
after 1 month..so implant removal done on
7/12/16..and skin grafting done at some other
hospital which also failed..
 Now pt.came with c/o pain unstable knee &
difficulty in walking on lt leg…
