A very intresting case of a non union of distal tibia pt. who was operated 13 time before yet without ability to walk or stand on it

2. 36 yr. old male pt. came with c/o
inability to walk, deformity & discharge
of right leg since 5 yrs.
Pt. had h/o trauma due to RTA 6 yrs.
Back which was compound injury of rt.
Leg for which 1st he was treated at pvt.
Hospital by external fixator &
debridement.

3. Pt. was transferred to higher centre after 4
months due to poor skin condition & further
treatment.
Pt. lost follow up thereafter.
Pt. was admitted in KEM hospital later after 6
months.

7. Plastic surgery was performed to
improve skin condition at that time
& pt. was followed up after 6
months

10. Pt. was operated multiple times (Total 12)
in KEM hospital to achieve union & weight
bearing.
