Network to Serve”.

Telecom Egypt (2009-2010)
General Manager for Planning and Brand Management
Hired by the Egyptian government, via “Booz Allan” as a specialized
marketing communications executive for a one-year contract. I
managed to fulfill and deliver the following tasks and deliverables:
• Manage rebranding the corporate identity with our assigned
advertising team based in London, England.
• Develop Telecom Egypt’s communication strategy.
• Advocate overall image consistency across.
• Manage, develop and produce the company’s annual report for the
year 2009.
• Develop business unit’s communication strategies based on
business objectives and synchronize their marketing
communication activities and calendars.
• Develop, manage and produce a number of corporate and
product and services communications campaigns.
• Support and initiate business units marketing communication
activities.
• Monitor brand equity and take into action any corrective
measures.
Leo Burnett, Egypt (2007-2009)

My task was to manage the marketing communications campaigns of
the following clients to better serve their strategic business and
marketing objectives:
• LinkDSL.
• Al Ahram Beverages (products: the beer - Amstel Zero).

• Manage the team assigned for Vodafone Strategic planning and
creative development and successfully led the team to win half
the business in a pitch against Tarek Nour communications.

their home delivery project).

After the company won the privatization project from Bechtel, I was
part of a team whose responsibility was to document and later analyze
the internal processes and logistics of all the companies at that time
targeted to be privatized in order to come up with a proper
recommendation.

The Egyptian Film Company; Eastern Tobacco Company and The
Cotton Exchange Market of Alexandria.
