21. Most of the organizations use only 3 dimensions in the approval unit hierarchy setup which are scenario, version &
entity dimensions.
For this business use case, we’ve used project number (Capex - project number) as 4th dimension in the approval
unit hierarchy setups. Based on this setup, system will validate each capex request separately, check for approval
thresholds and accordingly route it to different process owners, department heads and reviewers based on level of
authority matrix applicable for each department.
