Self-driven certified HR Professional with over 11 years’ experience in helping organizations optimize talent. I thrive and
excel on challenges, seeking out stimulating roles that enable me to further hone my natural strengths and capabilities.
My qualification and professional experience covers diversified areas of technical expertise (Human Resource, Project
Management, Management Information System and Software development).
Experience of owning large scale change projects, including; planning, designing and implementation of Strategic HR
Projects by contributing in the capacity of project manager. As an individual, I am passionate, ambitious and self-
motivated, having an aptitude to adapt to varied environments combined with a strong work ethic, continuously striving
to expand my knowledge base further. During last few years I got the opportunity of working closely with leaders to
advice and support on strategic planning, employee retention, performance and engagement.
I am an enthusiast in utilizing technological advancements for improving HR processes & systems. Implemented world’s
leading and most advanced end-to-end SuccessFactor’s cloud based system in PTCL enabling to view complete talent
management functionality and worked in leading role in the implementation of the Human Capital Management System
(HCM) module of SAP-ERP in collaboration with M/S Siemens.
I have developed and managed several HR tools and projects and coached internal team on how to maintain the
developed tools for continuity purposes. Some of these projects included: HR Operational Framework (HR policies and
procedures), KPI dictionary, Recruitment Management System and tracking sheets, Performance Appraisals and Analysis,
Standard Operating Procedures, Functional and Organizational structures, Salary Surveys and Analysis, Job descriptions,
employee grading, Manpower plans, HR Forms, HR reports, etc.
