Commercial concurrence to various OPEX, CAPEX orders and Commercial contracts before awarding to

Significant Achievements:
Obtained sanction for term loan of Rs.5230 lakh (1993) and Working Capital limits of Rs.840 lakhs (1991),
Rs. 1000 lakhs (1990) & Rs.65 lakhs (1988)
Successfully implemented SAP (FICO & MM) modules in the Plant in co-ordination with SAP team within
scheduled time line at Jaypee Associates Ltd (Balaji Cement Project)
Interacted with State Government Departments regarding submission of Project specific applications for
concessions, subsidy, exemptions etc., and other recurring benefits on power tariff and sales tax for five
years under “Mega Project” Scheme. For Reliance Infocomm, Jaypee Cement Project & Kalpataru.
In all the Projects implemented at by Reliance (Petroleum Outlets, Telecom & Retail) though AP Circle
is large in size and had complexity /variety, under my guidance and control we have completed the
Capitalization after material reconciliation in record time ahead of schedule.
Devised effective strategies to acquire sites for MCN, Control stations, towers, Offices & Warehouses in
AP & J&K.
Ensured roll-out obligation committed to TRAI is complied with well in time line in above states.
