avoid misuse of company material.
To manage the traffic fines and Govt.Taxes process and ensure that
they are paid on time and that habitual offenders are dealt with
accordingly.
To ensure that international standard of vehicle cleanliness and
preventability of G4S is to be maintained at all times.
To inspect off road vehicles, get the proper quotation from service
centers, process for the further approval of ED along with Previous
repair History and get the vehicle repair in Min.offroad time.
To inspect accidental vehicles, prepare incidental reports; get
clearance from Police/ Insurance departments for the repair of
accidental vehicles.
After repair/Service, process repair/Service and fuel bills as per
approvals from HO / Insurance Company along with actual
repairs/fueling done and clear vendor payment from Finance dept. as
per company procedure.
To prepare and provide Daily and monthly MIS of usage of Vehicles,
fuel, Consumables, Maintenances and Govt. taxes and fines.
