 Maintaining eye contact with audience, it will
bring confidence.
 Do not stare on any particular person.
 Move your eyes around the hall.
 Poor eye contact means “you are not
interested”.

 Be neatly, fomally dressed. (Women avoid
glass bangles and large earings)
 Stand straight.
 Use meaningfull gestures and positive
posturs.

 Handling question is very important aspect as
it judges the speakers’ knowledge on subject.
 If you are through take questions on fly, other
wise postpone till end.
 There may be unrelated questions, any way
answer the question with respect and smile.
 Listen the question with patience and repeat
it to clarify.
