10. ⚫ To ensure the quality of data collected, our QC process is below:
⚫ All interviewers are recruited based on the following criteria:
⚫ Experience in data collection
⚫ Personality and appearance
⚫ Must be friendly
⚫ All interviews will be recorded in the CAPI software.
⚫ Our QC team will listen to 20% of ALL audio files recorded from the fieldwork. If there’s any
mistakes or errors found from the interview, the QC team will report immediately to project
manager to take action immediately.
⚫ The interview will be counted as complete only it is passed the QC team.
⚫ All interviews are required to record GPS into our CAPI software
⚫ The project manager will monitor closely the progress of fieldwork through direct
communication and data received through CAPI software.

11. ⚫ We validate the interviews to ensure quality by the following methods:
⚫ GPS Data – with our CAPI software, we can capture the location of each interview so we know if the
interview conducted in the assigned fieldwork locations or not.
⚫ Accompaniments – each team of 5 interviewers is managed by a supervisor to monitor each
interviewer’s performance and support them where needed. The supervisor accompanies each
interviewer for a specific number of interviews to ascertain the quality of interviewing.
⚫ Telephonic Back-checks – our QC team will call up to 20% of the interviews to do back-check on the
demographic questions such as Age, Gender, Location, Occupation, length of time for which the
interview was conducted
⚫ Audio Records – Audio recording of interviews is used by our QC team in the office to listen to validate if
the interviews is conducted properly and consistently by each interviewer as per the training.
⚫ Data Validation (during fieldwork) – we have our data team to check productivity of the fieldwork and
key demo data vs the target profile for the project.
⚫ Data Validation (after fieldwork) – we conduct comprehensive check on data trends and patterns to
identify outliers. Call back and validation to do with outliers.
