2. Honesty is speaking Truth.
Lying is no honesty because you are saying
something that is not true.
Honesty can be expressed in two aspects
Truthfulness
Trustworthiness
Some common reflections of honesty are
1.Beliefs 2.Communication 3.Decisions
4.Actions 5.Expected and unexpected results

3. Integrity as the unity of thought, word and deed and open
mindedness.
By adopting Unique integrity-it help its own responsibility,
earn self respect and recognition at work place
A person can live in “peace of mind” thus adding strength
and consistency in character,
A person can make decisions and actions.
Integrity enhances to do the job with interest & accuracy and
encourages to achieve excellence in job performance
To conclude ,integrity is one of the self direction virtues.Also
one can define integrity as virtue reflecting consistency of
one’s attitudes, emotions.

society. Others may be your neighbours,elders,retired-person,
experts,children,spokesman,officer,daily-wager,laymen,relatives and
