In celebration of this anniversary, Hong Kong Chaîne Bailliage has organized an array of exciting and unique events, commencing with the INDUCTION GALA at Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong Hotel, in the Diamond Ballroom on March 12. On March 13, there are two events: an EXCLUSIVE LUNCH at the Michelin-starred Shang Palace, Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel, and a CHAÎNE CHEF DINNER NIGHT AT THE RACES in a private members box. On March 14, we shall have a very SPECIAL LUNCH VENUE at the private Crown Wine Cellars.
