An experience of more than one decade & technical expertise in the field of
manufacturing of flow elements/process equipments/pressure
vessel/piping/fabricated components and customer oriented approach to
achieve highest quality standards, have enabled us to attain and sustain
exponential growth.
To cater growing customer needs and to develop better infrastructure, we
established a Private Limited company, FABRI-TEK EQUIPMENTS PVT
LTD (FEPL), located at MIDC Pimpri, in the heart of Pune district.
FEPL is an ISO 9001 – 2008 company which is founded by Rajesh Talawadekar
with businesses in process and chemical industry ,petrochemical, oil & gas ,
Steel making, power industry, cement and heavy engineering equipment
manufacturing companies.
Starting as a fabrication company, FEPL with continual efforts, started design
and supply of flow elements/pressure vessel/process equipments and also
providing assistance in custom fabrication with precision machining.
Turnover of more than 60 Million INR within a very small period of 5 years and

Our infrastructure
We have self owned, well equipped fabrication & machining facility in MIDC ,Pimpri
Pune surrounded with various other preliminary processing units which enables us
to have better solutions in core engineering and testing facilities with
qualified/experienced agencies for various NDT like UT,LPT,MPT,RT and special
processes/tests like Post weld Heat Treatment, Helium Leak Test, eddy current test
etc.
Raw material testing like chemical/physical/IGC/NACE etc. is carried out in NABL
accredited lab, as per project requirement & approved QAP/ITP.
All our WPS/PQR/WPQ, have been carried out under witness of DNV,PUNE for
various material group like SS-SS, CS-CS, CS-SS, Alloy Steel and Duplex Steel
material.

Gathering knowledge and experience since incorporation in 2010, our company has
provided products and services to a number or renowned domestic and
international clients under various third party agencies such as TUV, DNV, LLOYDS,
SGS, BVIS, CEIL,QUEST etc and prestigious users like Adyard/ZADCO, Reliance,
BPCL,CPCL,ONGC, BHEL,NTPC and many more.

WHAT WE MANUFACTURE
FLOW ELEMENTS: We manufacture all types of DP based flow
measuring instruments such as orifice plate assembly, venturi tube, flow
nozzles, averaging pitot tube & aerofoil. We also manufacture the
accessories such as flow straightner, condensate pot and trade
instrument fittings.
PROCESS EQUIPMENTS/PRESSURE VESSELS: We manufacture all
types of process equipments such as process tanks, heat exchanger,
agitator tank/reactor, distillation columns & pressure vessels as per
ASME Sec. VIII Div.I /TEMA in various materials like carbon steel, alloy
steel ,SS300 series, duplex steel & nickel alloys.
PIPING COMPONENTS: We can fabricate any kind of process piping with
the applicable testing as per ANSI B31.3 in CS,AS,SS and nickel alloys.
CUSTOM FABRICATION: We undertake custom fabrication, fabricated
components with precise machining for various engineering industry.
