4. EPOXY FLOORINGS
Cipoxy series represent products based on Bisphenol A based epoxide resin and
curing agents like polyamido amines and cyclo aliphatic amines.
Features :
•
•
•
•
•
•
•
Excellent adhesion
Excellent gloss, unmatched so far
Self leveling properties
Good chemical resistance
Food grade, tested at CFTRI, Mysore
Suitable for pharma & food processing industries
Moisture insensitive
5. EPU FLOORINGS
The new generation EPU based floor toppings offer excellent abrasion resistance,
flexibility, chemical resistance and fast curing properties. EPU is a multi polymer,
hybrid of epoxy and PU, where the functional properties of both the products are
combined to impart the optimum properties. It scores over conventional epoxies as
well as polyurethanes in terms of performance. Its end use applications include
automobile plants, pharma, food processing industries, chemical plants etc.
Features :
•
•

•
Excellent adhesion
Insensitive to moisture
Highly flexible
Excellent abrasion and impact resistance
Excellent gloss and self levelling properties
Good chemical resistance. No cracks on joints
Flexo hard and Fast setting
No bubbles
6. PU FLOORINGS
The PU coatings, aromatic as well as aliphatic to give the best abrasion and
chemical resistant coatings. These are reaction products of NCO terminated
adducts and OH terminated polyols like polyesters and polyethers.

Excellent abrasion resistance
Excellent chemical resistance
Excellent impact resistance
Available in matt finishes
Suitable for engg industries
Suitable as CRF (chemical resistant floorings)
Sensitive to moisture
7. ESD FLOORINGS
Static control flooring is defined as a flooring
charges by grounding personnel, equipment or
floor surface or that controls the generation
system that can drain static
other objects contacting the
and accumulation of static
charges. There are two categories according to ASTM F-150-98 : Conductive &
Static dissipative.
Conductive Floor has a resistance of 2.5 x 104–106 ohms per 3 ft. It can drain
static charge dissipating a 5000-volt charge to zero in 0.05 seconds.
Static Dissipative floor has a resistance of 106-109 ohms per 3 ft. It can drain
static charge dissipating a 5000- volt charge to zero in less than 0.2 seconds.
