Home Depot Account Manager; May 2014-June 2015
Assistant to the Controller; June-2015-present
o Was promoted from CSR to the accounting department. Supervised employees and assisted
with tech support for representatives in the field. Managed all aspects of Home Depot
accounts for all 4 company branches. Implemented collections process for outstanding
customer accounts. Supervised all account receivables and payables for hundreds of
accounts monthly. Acting as a liaison for Superior Water and Air, The Home Depot, and our
shared customers. Resolved underpayments, overpayments, charge backs, and escalated
customer service issues. Implemented an organized system of filing for all paperwork and
