All living organisms respire. Respiration is one of the basic
characteristics of living organisms.
Taking atmospheric air into the respiratory organs such as
lungs and giving out co2 from them. The o2 that is inhaled
diffuses across the pulmonary alveoli into the blood
capillaries and is then transported by the blood to the site of
the tissue cells. It is this o2 that is utilize to oxidize
completely various nutrients producing CO2, H2O, and
energy.
This later aspect of respiration is called internal or cellular
respiration. On the other hand, the mass exchange of gases
between the lungs and blood is called external respiration.
O2 dissolved in the water for aquatic organism.
LIVING ORGANISM MEANS.
NOTE THAT
Every human having 10th hole
in their body and able to
respire through 10th hole.
1. Please note that O2 dissolved in the water for aquatic
organism.
2. Please remember that in Fish Aquarium we pump the air
for increase of O2 in water.
3. The same system happens in Human Head too.
Alternative respiration
procedure
A small research made by me on my own body since 15 years
and I came into conclusion that every human body is having
“Alternative Respiratory Mechanism”.
A Frog having 3 types of respiratory organs in its body and
sometimes in adverse conditions they go into hibernation. It is
one kind of deep sleep, without motion and consumes little
stored energy deposits in its body. It was inspired by me and
started my research from 1995 on and in my own body.
My Practice & Invention
I, learned one kind of unique yoga Procedure at my
house. It is nothing but concentration of vision, heart
and Air in a single point i.e in Praana that is known as
“life force”.
Then I, seriously practiced, with my continuous efforts
more than 15 Years I found that one 10th hole existed in
every Human’s body. The 10th hole which exists above
the uvula which is already explained in Bhagawath
Geetha, Jesus Christ In Bible, Gurgrandh sahib of Sikhs
and other saints and religious basic literature make me
as a Author, Founder and Developer of “ Alternate
respiration Mechanism” in humans .
Procedure part, slide -
1.
A) Sit comfortably in a pleasant and calm place then close your eyes and
concentrate your vision at 10th hole of your body.
B) Your heart should not be diverted in any sort of things and subjects and
concentrate at 10th hole.
C) Take some extent of breathe / Air from atmosphere through the Nose
and push the same air into the 10th hole with the help of 2 pressure points.
(1) sacrum ( a triangle bone in the lower back between the two
hip bones ) surrounded muscles ( This process pressures the
Spinal fluid motion across the spinal chord from sacrum to ) and
(2) contraction of rib and abdominal muscles upward, and
outward Towards 10th hole and conversely, contraction of the
above muscles helps in and out flow of the air through 10th hole.
( lungs breath will reduce up to 80%)
procedure part, slide - 2
The frontal and maxillary sinuses , nasal cavities and nasal
vestibules , brain cavities , cerebral fluids react rather passively
to pressure changes. This sudden increase in volume forces (Air)
into the Brain and other cavities contraction of the tissues and
fluids upward and outward causes diffuses/absorption across the
brain and sinuses cells and fluids and is then transports to
neighbor cells across brain cells. It is this oxygen that is utilize to
oxidize completely the various nutrients producing co2, water
and energy. Air entered through 10th hole to brain and same was
outward from 10th hole to Nose. Free available Oxygen (O2)
from the atmosphere and Oxygen dissolved in the water for
aquatic organism.
The benefits and uses of Alternate respiration system in humans
will become future admiral evidence in Medical, Biological,
Chemical, and all other scientific inventions in future.

The lymphatic system is a system of lymph nodes and lymph vessels involved in the body’s immune defense
system and performing an exchange function (lymph transportation).
The most important parts of the lymphatic system are the bone marrow, spleen, lymph nodes and tonsils.
Other organs, including the heart, lungs, intestine, liver and skin also possess a lymphatic system.
The thoracic duct is also part of the lymphatic system, starting near the lower portion of the spine and
accumulating lymph from the lower limbs, pelvis, abdomen and the lower part of the chest

Your 5 senses must concentrate on life/prana existed in 10th hole. Then you are a creator of 5 Elements in you.
A) Your Eyes vision should concentrate on life existed in 10th hole.
B). Your Ears only listen sound of air i.e inhale and exhale breath through 10th hole during the Yoga.
C) Your tongue should taste fluids/ Nectar receiving from 10Th hole during the yoga
D) Your Nose Should smell generating perfumes during the yoga.
E) Your entire Skin senses should lost organs
