 Expertise in all the activities of OMCR related to Alarm Monitoring, Fault Management,
Configuration Management, Performance Management & Report Management.
 TATA Projects (GSM, CDMA, 3G).
 Maintenance & Trouble-shooting of wireless CDMA-1x/HSIA, GSM and 3G for ROM.
 Responsible for ensuring network uptime through preventive maintenance of BSC sites
and effective fault management in case of fault occurrence.
 Working on the multivendor IP based equipment (Huawei & Motorola).Actively
involved in the GSM/3G roll out project in Pune cluster.
 RMA generation against faulty equipment’s.
 Knowledge of ECI NMS server & client to Alarm monitoring.
 MPLS Configuration and troubleshooting.
 Daily Health check-up of the system, and taking the backup of the system configuration.
 Analysis of Daily KPI reports and hourly reports of the system performance for GSM and
CDMA, 3G and taking the necessary action.
 Troubleshooting the system related problem like calls drop, calls failure, resource
maintenance and maintain the congestion free networks.
 Proactive monitoring of Tata network of Pune using HUAWEI (iManeger M2000)
monitoring tool, inform BTS site down alarms to respective BSS Engineer & provide
primary reason for outage like power issue, fiber cut etc. in order to keep maximum
network uptime.
 Adding TRX, adding E1s and Data E1 (HSIA) in Huawei BTS.
 Ticket raising to the Technical team, for any problem is not solved by local level to
vendor and follow up the same

2.  Tacking the RAN backup of all the configuration of regularly basis.
 Preparing and Analyzing daily CDMA, GSM & 3G KPI and Data performance report
also Network Performance reports.
 Modifies the system parameter configuration based on traffic analysis.
 Alarm monitoring at BSC to take necessary action: rectifying and clear critical alarms.
 Resolving customer issues related to network, escalation of critical outages to higher
management level as per escalation matrix, preparation of daily site outage report.
 Troubleshoot the faults and managing the case to closure with proper resolution of issues
and maintaining least network down time.
ACTIVITIES COMPLETED
 Successfully done OMU card change and commissioning of BSC and RNC with the help
of TAC team.
 Huawei NODE-B Software up gradation from Version R-12 to R-15.
 BSC BW Up gradation activity.
 Reduced EDAP Congestion in GSM.
 Successfully done NSN SGSN up gradation activity & CISCO SGSN Reboot activity
from OMC END (Which Impact good 3G services to customer).
