• In order to avoid without tag product return it is to be clearly
mention on website as disclaimer ( without any tag refund will
not done)
• In case of post usage quality issue image to be shared by
quality team to respective merchandiser to raise RTV or debit
to vendor so that money will not account to us.
• SD team should carry a receipt with complete description of
each product.
• SD should inspect first tag, then check each product one by
one based upon receipt
• If customer insist product deliver without tag SD team---

team. Then take decision.

• Clicking on inside page like men's, women, etc.,. If we try to come
downward it keeps dragging till when product end result website
get hanged
• Video should be not there to keep website as light as possible
instead a link to be created so that customer can watch it if desire.

• Sales report /Dispatch report/Return Report daily wise to all
department head team to track problem areas & to boost more sale
related to brand & product
• Company promotion on newspaper, hoarding near college campus,
tie-up with radio channel related to exciting coupons, participating in
annual college campus festival(as Bangalore has more than 60
colleges)
• Stock clearance for products(box damage/without tag /wrong
product) in 6 month by adding as freebie item/gift/direct sale to
customer near warehouse/employee/tie up with local vendor related
to retail sector.
• Create a value added section on website as exclusive product in terms
of quality & price upon recommendation through vendor.
• Create a questionnaire (multiple choice A B C D) based upon
product/brand/color/shipment etc., on Fashionara FB account or
customer mail id.
