the reduced cost of manufacturing products abroad has given
way to more multinational organizations than ever before.
Multinational organizations may have locations and employees
all over the world, which can pose challenges when the laws,
ethical norms, and customs in some countries differ
significantly from those in the organization’s home country. For
this Assignment, you will review a case study (ATTACHED) of
a conversation between a leader at the organization’s
headquarters in the United States and an employee at a satellite
location in Qatar. By the end of the conversation, the leader
expresses the need to consult with an I/O psychology
practitioner. You will assume the role of the practitioner for
this Assignment. Suppose you are the I/O psychologist in the
case study. Write a

Briefly describe the ethical dilemmas and legal issues in the
case study.
Explain how you plan to resolve the ethical dilemmas and legal
