Qatar University strives to provide an academic environment that allows students to achieve their personal and academic goals through a fair Student Complaint System. The complaint system handles both academic complaints related to courses, grading, or registration, as well as non-academic complaints concerning services like food, transportation, or interactions with QU employees other than instructors. To submit a complaint, students must do so within 10 business days of the incident either through the myBanner online system or by visiting the complaints website for more information. The student will then be informed of the decision on their complaint via email within 10 additional business days.

Qatar University strives to provide academic environment

academic goals. QU is committed to a policy of fair
treatment for the students, faculty, and staff in their
relationships with the QU community (student,
administration, faculty, staff and other members) through
the Student Complaint System and its academic and non-
academic procedures.

3. Types of Student Complaints

course instructor, grading during the semester,
assignments, registration or any other issue that is
related to courses or academic aspect.
Academic Complaint:
