Vendor Management
Identifying and Sourcing of New Vendors who provide excellent product and services to the

Monitoring of Existing Vendor Performance through inputs from Departments and Quality checks
Timely check of Vendor Contracts and renew the contract whenever required
Keep track of developments in the market and always check the cost with that of the market
Negotiating with Vendors for best competitive price without compromising on quality
Keep a track of Escalation Matrix of Vendors which is needed for critical office operations
2. Payment Management
Implementation of RTGS / NEFT transfer of Vendor payments
Verifying the invoices received from the vendors and other branches
Implementing the Collecting of No Due Certificates from all active vendors
Preparing the Monthly Dashboards of Zonal Branch Expenses
Tracking all vendor payments on the service wise so that I can negotiate for the best price
Thorough scrutinize of bills to ensure that no duplication or wrong payments made
MIS & Budgeting
Preparing the Monthly Dashboards of Zonal Branch expenses
Taking corrective measures based on the expenses observed by Dash Board
Preparing the Opex & Capex Budget for the Zone based on the Dash Boards
Monitoring the expenses on each Expenses Head of Branches to identify if expenses are increasing
and ensure that expenses are keep under control without compromising the quality
Security Management
Ensuring prompt round the clock continuous security.
Ensure that all Security Process to be followed without any lapse
