Vendor Management
 Identifying and Sourcing of New Vendors who provide excellent product and services to the

 Monitoring of Existing Vendor Performance through inputs from Departments and Quality checks
 Timely check of Vendor Contracts and renew the contract whenever required
 Keep track of developments in the market and always check the cost with that of the market
 Negotiating with Vendors for best competitive price without compromising on quality
 Keep a track of Escalation Matrix of Vendors which is needed for critical office operations
Payment Management
 Implementation of RTGS / NEFT transfer of Vendor payments
 Verifying the invoices received from the vendors and other branches
 Implementing the Collecting of No Due Certificates from all active vendors
 Preparing the Monthly Dashboards of Zonal Branch Expenses
 Tracking all vendor payments on the service wise so that I can negotiate for the best price
 Thorough scrutinize of bills to ensure that no duplication or wrong payments made
MIS & Budgeting
 Preparing the Monthly Dashboards of Zonal Branch expenses
 Taking corrective measures based on the expenses observed by Dash Board
 Preparing the Opex & Capex Budget for the Zone based on the Dash Boards
 Monitoring the expenses on each Expenses Head of Branches to identify if expenses are increasing
and ensure that expenses are keep under control without compromising the quality
Security Management
 Ensuring prompt round the clock continuous security.
 Ensure that all Security Process to be followed without any lapse
 Updating the Security Desk with relevant emergency Telephone No’s
 Maintaining the Asset register which tracks all inward/outward materials
 Conducting Fire Evacuation drill periodically
Asset Management
 Ensuring Security & Maintenance of Company’s Assets
 Coordination with Finance team for updates in asset list
 Auditing all assets in the Zonal Branches once in Quarter.
Telecom: Communication & Connectivity
 Handling the Procurement of PRI/Centrex / Walky’s / Wireline solutions for PAN India Branches
 Keep track of Invoices raised as per the Contractual Tariff
 Frequent check on markets for better telephone packages & solutions
Travel, Lodging & Event Management
 Identifying New Hotels which gives best services at lower cost
 Monitoring all Travel Bookings to ensure to get the flight tickets at lower cost
 Negotiating best competitive rates for Room Tariffs and Banquet Halls
 Managing the Employee Relocation

 Ensuring that all equipments (A/C, Inverter, UPS, Reprographics) are in AMC and in good working
