Job Posting:
The Sales Development Representative will work with a group of experienced sales
account executives to generate sales leads, schedule appointments for the sales team,
and qualify leads generated by the marketing department.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Generate and qualify new leads within prospective accounts
Make outbound calls to connect with marketing-generated inbound leads
Contact leads to set up appointments for sales representatives and Business
Development Managers
Be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly qualified leads and revenue
objectives
Work with sales team to implement prospecting strategies
Provide weekly forecasts to the sales organization and sales leadership
TO WIN IN THIS ROLE, YOU NEED:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher required
At least 3 to 4 year of sales, customer service, or marketing experience or
equivalent other outstanding achievements and involvement
Excellent interpersonal skills
A self-starter mentality with solid organizational and planning skills
Self-discipline to maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls
Commitment to achieving goals with enthusiasm
