1. THE SHINING FACE OF MOSES
Memory Verse: “When Moses came down
from Mount Sinai
…his face was
shining, because he had
spoken with the
Lord.” Exodus 34:29
The Bible says: Exodus 34:1-35
Moses was a leader of God’s
people, the Israelites
One day. God told Moses to go up to
Mount Sinai. Upon the mountain, God
introduced Himself to Moses. God introduce
Himself as loving God-one who does not easily
become angry with his people. God wanted his
people to love Him in return. God warned
Moses that the Israelites will be punished if
they will forget God. Moses bowed down to
respect and honor God. He thanked God for
his loved.

2. After this, God made an agreement with
His people. Very important rules were written
on two stone tablets. These became what we
know as the Ten Commandments.
Moses came down to with the people after
forty days. He held the two stones tablets in
his arms. The people noticed that Moses’ face
was shining because he was able to be with
God.
This reminds us that anyone who meets
God will also be changed. Our face may not
shine like that of Moses, but God can change
our attitudes. We must be excited to meet God
everyday.
